We're looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Traction business segment's financial activities, shaping business strategy, guiding investments, and delivering financial results. The CFO will partner with the Traction President and leadership team to drive profitable growth and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Proven experience managing full P&L responsibility in a global, matrixed organization
- Strong experience reviewing balance sheets, identifying trends, risks, and areas requiring corrective action
- Demonstrated success in cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and inventory management
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple cultures
- Fluency in English required; additional language capabilities are a plus
