Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing recruiting further, designing an excellent candidate journey, and achieving real impact with data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience in in-house recruiting (3+ years)
- Secure understanding of technical roles and the ability to quickly grasp and translate requirements into target group-specific
- Routine in data-driven recruiting
- Very good German and good English in writing and speech
