Transactional Staffing Analyst

The staffing Analyst is a key member of Ignite’s central Staffing team, ensuring staffing decisions are accurately reflected and managed within relevant systems.

Requirements

• Experience, preferably in a professional services organization
• A strong service orientation with a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Ability to pivot and reprioritize effectively in response to evolving business needs
• Ability to thrive in a global team-based environment while independently driving meaningful impact
• Strong analytical capabilities; comfort with drawing conclusions from large data sets
• Experience and understanding of project scoping, resource allocation and management, and project planning
• Technical competence with Microsoft, Smartsheet, Salesforce
