- Deliver appropriate and approved information and relevant messaging to target accounts
- Achieve call and sales activity targets as set by the company
- Complete administrative duties as required
- Demonstrate deep marketplace, therapeutic, product and disease expertise
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with customers
- Demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs
- Develop and drive a territory business plan
- Develop solid and long-standing business relationships with strategic/targeted customers
