Requirements
- Deliver appropriate and approved information and relevant messaging to target accounts
- Achieve call and sales activity targets as set by the company
- Complete administrative duties as required
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with customers in HCP offices, urgent care facilities and pharmacies
- Develop and drive a territory business plan
- Develop solid and long-standing business relationships with strategic/targeted customers
- Demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs from all stakeholders in accounts
- Position current promoted brands and collaborate with customers on a customized strategy
- Analyze market conditions and the market access environment to develop business plans
- Understand and apply knowledge of health care industry trends and applicable laws and regulations
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of rigorous scientific principles and data, including mechanism of action, indications, efficacy, safety, etc.
- Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, strategic thinking, and ability to develop and drive a territory business plan
