Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join the Medical Team and make a real impact by building lasting relationships with key customers in the Glaucoma and Dry Eye markets.
Requirements
- Achieve sales Vs Target
- Acquire New formularies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Create detailed individual customer plans
- Conduct effective and challenging customer interactions
- Maintain complete, accurate and up to date customer records
- Develop a business plan for the area
- Maintain a high standard of knowledge on products and the competition
- Take ownership of understanding the NHS environment
- Personally manage identified Key accounts
- Identify and agree Key Accounts
- Effective utilisation and allocation of resource
