Regional Sales Director role responsible for developing and executing sales activities within an assigned region, leading a team of Account Managers, and ensuring sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements

- Effectively plan and conduct region plan of action and other meetings as needed
- Maintain required technical expertise to respond accurately to all questions regarding products, policies, and business-related issues from both employees and customers
- Consistently demonstrate a high sense of urgency and follow-up while maintaining a high level of integrity in all business interactions
- Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support Tonix on various business initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access on a regular basis
