Job Description
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing sales activities within an assigned region while providing field-based leadership to a team of Account Managers. The role drives performance through effective coaching, talent development, and strategic oversight to ensure sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience (managing field sales reps) required/preferred
- Demonstrated sales history of success, leading teams, and developing talent
- Patient access and market access pull-through experience and knowledge is required
- Proven ability to deliver candid, effective feedback and efficiently manage performance
- Valid Driver’s License
