Regional Sales Manager position available at Halozyme, seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join their team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will supervise and lead Specialty Account Managers, develop and implement strategic plans, and maintain technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of delivering successful sales results through front-line leadership in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
- Ability to manage, develop and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver on business imperatives
- Knowledge of products and disease states, including Halozyme and competitor product information
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care, and company-sponsored reimbursement programs
- Effective planning and resource utilization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams
- Specialty sales leadership experience and product reimbursement experience is preferred
- Knowledge of software required: Tableau, Veeva
