Chief Compliance Officer

Inizio Partners is recruiting for a Chief Compliance Officer for a NASDAQ-listed global analytics and digital solutions company. The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer with a dotted line to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Establish and implement effective enterprise compliance, ethics, and fraud programs based on industry standards and respective federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Oversee the development and execution of policies and procedures as well as effective communication and training strategies that promote awareness and understanding of ethics and compliance principles consistent with the mission, vision, and core values of our client and required regulations
• Develop a reporting and communication cadence for the Board of Directors/Committees, executive leaders, and employees
• Provide oversight of preventative and corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks and potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and ensure consistent practices with evaluations, investigations, resolutions, and disciplinary practices
• Manage a global team of over 25 Compliance professionals
