VP Sales Leader - L&A Insurance

Seasoned Sales Leader responsible for selling BPO, Digital Transformation & IT Services to Life & Annuity (L&A) customers. This role will generate and close deals for L&A Market with the top US insurance firms focusing on Carriers/ Brokers, and life insurers.

Requirements

• Build pipeline opportunities large ($10+M), multi-year deals leveraging Operations, Platform, and digital capabilities with a focus on CX transformation
• Build, grow and sustain effective CXO, EVP, SVP relationships within the top 100 US Insurance firms
• Ensure successful positioning, negotiating and closing multi-million, multi-year agreements as well as bid, partner and contract management
