Talent Acquisition Specialist (9 months Contractual)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the Pharma/Healthcare domain, along with hands-on expertise in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

Requirements

• End-to-end recruitment experience
• ATS platforms experience (Greenhouse preferred)
• Recruitment analytics and reporting knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
