Requirements

• At least 8 years of recruiting experience in full-cycle recruiting for business positions in revenue, sales & customer facing positions
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-complexity positions at all seniority levels
• Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Workday is a plus)
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
