Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing or tech environments
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
- Excellent communication – you know how to engage candidates and influence hiring teams
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership over open roles
- Knowledge of talent markets in India and Southeast Asia a plus
- Energy, curiosity, and a passion for matching people to purpose
