SupplyHouse.com is an e-commerce company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in India to join its Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and guiding top talent through every stage of the hiring process. This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
• High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience in technical hiring (Engineering, Product, IT, or similar roles)
