The Senior Transformation Facilitator serves as a strategic partner in driving organizational excellence and advancing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role involves building internal problem-solving capability, developing a culture of continuous improvement, and improving efficiencies to stabilize key processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in process/project management
- Experience leading change management initiatives at an enterprise level
- Project Management experience
- Experience with advance Lean technical concepts such as level loading, pull, mistake proofing and rapid changeover
- Experience leading VSA, RIE, Process Mapping, and Discovery
- Prior health care experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
