Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

Inland Empire Paper Company seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee the electrical and instrumentation team for a pulp and paper operation. The successful candidate will manage E&I processes, safety programs, and maintenance staffing needs while working closely with the mill maintenance manager.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strong E&I background required (paper mill experience preferred)
• College degree in mechanical engineering or other discipline desired
• Ability to organize and direct maintenance work in an efficient manner
• Excellent participative leadership capabilities, with strong forward thinking and ability to motivate others toward common goals
• Good computer skills with maintenance management software experience and the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
• Strong knowledge in Program Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributive Control Systems (DCS) programming
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading a work team in a Union environment
