Job Description
Inland Empire Paper Company seeks an experienced individual to join our Mill Operations Supervisor team, overseeing the daily and nightly operation of the mill and supervising hourly union employee workforce.
Requirements
- Supervise hourly union employee workforce
- Resolve shift crew staffing issues, oversee crew training, development and guidance
- Monitor production operations and report on daily activities
- Provide daily manufacturing process support and problem solving
- Work with superintendents to improve processes
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or other Technical field preferred
