Job Description
Inland Empire Paper Company is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to supervise the activities of the electrical and instrumentation team in a pulp and paper operation. The role will manage mill E&I processes, safety programs, and maintenance staffing needs, as well as assist with capital expenditures and major expense projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong E&I background
- College degree in mechanical engineering or other discipline
- Ability to organize and direct maintenance work
- Participative leadership capabilities
- Good computer skills with maintenance management software experience
- Strong knowledge in Program Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributive Control Systems (DCS) programming
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading a work team in a Union environment
