Job Description
Instrumentation Technician position at Inland Empire Paper Company in Millwood, WA, responsible for planning and executing complex equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing process-related challenges, and working with other maintenance and operations personnel.
Requirements
- 2-year degree in Electrical or Instrument Technology or equivalent technical experience or apprenticeship
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math skills
- Ability to safely perform essential functions of the job
- Strong diagnostic skills and willingness to learn new equipment as needed
- Familiarity with National Electric Code
- Understand and analyze PLC control logic, troubleshoot and repair AC and DC drive systems, familiarity with Allen Bradley, GE and ABB preferred
