Job Description
Inland Empire Paper Company seeks an experienced Project Engineer to join their Mill Production Leadership team, with a focus on project management, process optimization, and facilitation of daily manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Define, design and manage engineering projects for equipment and infrastructure
- Develop/upgrade processes to maximize capacity utilization, minimize cost and increase performance
- Provide daily manufacturing technical support, trouble shooting and problem solving to improve production efficiencies, output and safety of plant
- Communicate diplomatically and effectively with plant operations, maintenance and/or technical advisors
- Handle overall management of engineering projects
- Cover 24 hour/7day per week operation
