2nd Shift Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of associates in an assigned production department, ensuring adherence to company policies, SOPs, and customer KPIs/contractual commitments. The role requires leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service, quality control, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Supervise associates in a production department
• Approve associate time worked and performance reviews
• Adjust shift priorities to meet changing business demands
• Participate in interview and selection process
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Monitor and report losses in the facility
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and operations updates
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of SOPs
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping/processing activities
• Perform regulatory inspections
• Meet production and quality goals
• Promote constant improvement and quality procedures
