The Technical Project Manager is responsible for establishing project teams and providing overall direction for assigned technical projects. They perform requirements definition, estimation, and budget management, formulate project scope and delivery strategies, establish milestones and schedules, and monitor the progress of all team members. 50% of this role will hold responsibility for Incident Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology or a related field
- 5-7 years of related work experience in project management, utilizing either Agile or Waterfall methodologies with a minimum of 3 years managing projects of a technical nature
- Lean Six-sigma Black Belt certification, recommended
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge/experience of ServiceNow
- Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations
