Job Description
InMarket is looking for a highly organized Contracts Manager to join its growing legal team. The role involves managing the full contract lifecycle, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, and partnering with sales and partnerships teams to drive deal execution. The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of experience as a contracts manager or legal operations specialist and a strong working knowledge of commercial contracts and contract negotiation processes.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as a contracts manager or legal operations specialist
- Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts and contract negotiation processes
- Experience in adtech, SaaS, or technology companies preferred
- Familiarity with CLM tools (e.g., Adobe Sign)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills and a collaborative mindset
