Reporting directly to the CRO, the SVP of Sales is responsible for driving company-wide revenue growth and leading a multi-layered sales organization. This role oversees a team of Vice Presidents of Sales, who in turn manage teams of 6–7 sellers each.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in digital/media/ad tech sales
- 5+ years managing leaders (VP-level or equivalent)
- Proven track record of scaling and leading multi-layered sales organizations
- Experience managing VPs overseeing teams of 6–7 sellers
- Strong relationships with agencies and client-direct partners
- Consistent history of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth environments
- Executive leadership and strategic thinking
- Strong forecasting, analytics, and operational discipline
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach and develop leaders at multiple levels
- Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in CRM systems, G-Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
