Job Description
Pivotal UK - InMotion Ventures 3 is seeking a Customer Services Representative - Member Billing Department to join their team. The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills to support customers throughout their contract, including following up on outstanding invoices and negotiating timely payments. The role is mainly remote with occasional visits to the Old Street office in London.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a customer service role
- Confident communicator
- Proactive and organised
- Comfortable handling payment conversations and resolving issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a benefit)
