Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst for one of our global shipping clients to implement, optimize, and support SAP SuccessFactors across the South Asia region.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, System Analysis, or related field
- 35 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven ability to provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability
- Familiarity with HR data privacy, security, and compliance standards
- Experience managing projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
