Territory Sales Manager

InnerPlant is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive grower enrollment and sales in the Midwest. The ideal candidate has a background in agronomy, sales, and high-touch service, and is passionate about driving innovation in agriculture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or a related field
• Experience in agronomy, sales, customer success, or related fields is welcomed but not required.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach/touchpoints and track progress towards sales targets
