Territory Sales Manager

At InnerPlant, we're reimagining the role of crops in our farming system. We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive grower enrollment and build relationships with retailers, agronomists, and farmers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or a related field
• Experience in agronomy, sales, customer success, or related fields is welcomed but not required.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach/touchpoints and track progress towards sales targets
• Passionate about agriculture and technology
• Enthusiasm for working with a dynamic startup where goals and resources may shift frequently
• Willingness to travel often within assigned regional territory
• Valid driver license
