Innodata is seeking a Sales Director to spearhead new logo acquisition for its Enterprise AI Business Unit. The ideal candidate combines a headhunter mindset with enterprise sales acumen and can create executive-level conversations around AI adoption, governance, and operationalization.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven hunter track record in new logo acquisition
- Prior experience in AI/ML, GenAI, digital transformation, or enterprise software/services strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to close $2M+ deals in enterprise services
- Existing CxO and VP-level network in Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing
- Understanding of the AI adoption lifecycle and enterprise pain points: implementation, evaluation, governance, and operations
- Consultative, research-driven prospector with strong closing skills and executive presence
