Job Description
Innophos is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to provide leadership to an industrial maintenance organization in support of a 24/7/365 chemical manufacturing operation.
Requirements
- Drive continuous improvements in EHS performance, equipment reliability, manpower utilization, maintenance execution, and maintenance costs
- Develop and implement safety training and personnel development activities
- Monitor safety performance and housekeeping within the department
- Facilitate or initiate Root Cause Failure Analysis of failed equipment or safety incidents
- Develop, track and ensures timely reporting of report Maintenance KPI
