At Innova Advanced Consulting, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to lead the functional lifecycle of implementation projects, collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and ensure efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Analysis and Consultancy: Requirements gathering and business process analysis (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Design and Configuration: Functional document elaboration and platform parameterization (entities, forms, workflows)
- Power Platform / AI: Solution design using Power Apps and automations with Power Automate and AI
- Quality and Training: Functional testing execution (UAT), key user training, and launch accompaniment (Go-live)
