Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or related CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications or Power Platform components.
- Experience supporting software implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 configuration and platform understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop clear, compelling presentations that communicate ideas effectively
- Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to grow within a consulting environment
- Readiness to travel up to 30%
- Knowledge of industry specific best practices
- Industry and/or consulting experience
- Exposure to CRM-related business processes such as sales operations, customer service workflows, or customer lifecycle management.
- Power Platform Functional Consultant certification (PL-200, MB-210, or related) preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
