Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Consultant

MCA Connect helps manufacturers succeed by unlocking innovation with actionable business insights. The company is looking for a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or related CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications or Power Platform components.
• Experience supporting software implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 configuration and platform understanding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop clear, compelling presentations that communicate ideas effectively
• Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to grow within a consulting environment
• Readiness to travel up to 30%
• Knowledge of industry specific best practices
• Industry and/or consulting experience
• Exposure to CRM-related business processes such as sales operations, customer service workflows, or customer lifecycle management.
• Power Platform Functional Consultant certification (PL-200, MB-210, or related) preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
