• Proven track record of high performance in fast-paced, demanding environments
• Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and navigating high-stakes conversations
• Strong strategic thinking and competitive drive
• Relationship-builder instinct and genuine curiosity about people
• Entrepreneurial energy and willingness to travel approximately 50%
• Curiosity about education and willingness to learn pedagogy while building partnerships
