Associate Solution Consultant - EAM

Innovapptive is an enterprise SaaS company building an AI-powered Connected Worker Platform for industrial organizations. The company is looking for an Associate Solution Consultant to provide structured support to Solution Consultants in requirement gathering, workshops, and solution design activities, with a defined growth path to independently lead requirement discovery and own solutioning for scoped modules/use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 years of domain experience in maintenance and operations processes in asset-intensive industries
• Understanding of technician workflows, inspections, permits, and execution challenges
• 1–3 years of experience in SAP PM/EAM or related EAM domain
• Exposure to SAP implementation/support lifecycle
• Understanding of core Processes in Maintenance – Work Management, Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown Processes, Work Execution, Inspections & Permits
