EAM - Solution Consultant

EAM Solution Consultant will lead onsite or virtual discovery sessions, design solutions, and guide customers through the solution journey. The role will influence how industrial enterprises improve execution discipline, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency. Innovapptive is an enterprise SaaS company building an AI-powered Connected Worker Platform for industrial organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years as a functional SME in maintenance operations along with experience of backend EAM applications like SAP PM.
• Experience in leading EAM based solution implementations focused on Work Order Execution, Planning & Scheduling, Notifications, Inspections, and MRO.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing workshops, build value-based business cases, and document functional requirements.
• Knowledge of agile methods and familiarity with solution configuration, change management, and business process transformation.
