Job Description
Innovapptive is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant – Maintenance & Reliability to partner with Sales and customer stakeholders to enable value-based selling, helping industrial organizations quantify and realize improvements in uptime, labor productivity, maintenance cost, and operational risk.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, plant operations, or industrial solution engineering with deep domain exposure.
- Strong, practical understanding of plant maintenance execution and reliability programs.
- Experience in process industries such as chemicals, oil & gas, mining, or power generation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance KPIs, including: MTBF, MTTR, Planned vs. unplanned work, Maintenance backlog and schedule compliance, Wrench time and labor productivity, Asset availability and OEE (where applicable).
- Experience working with or alongside EAM / CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM/EAM, IBM Maximo).
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior operational and executive stakeholders.
