Job Description
Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the USDA in Manhattan, KS. The role involves managing budgeting, preparing reports, coordinating activities, and assisting with administrative management tasks. The position requires adherence to USDA regulations and a commitment to meeting commitments and delivering value to clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
- Understanding of human resource processes
- Understanding of Federal laws and regulations
- Ability to prepare and manage procurement requests
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Motor Vehicle or Commercial Driver’s License
