Job Description
ICMS is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead and oversee custodial staff in maintaining building cleanliness, sanitation, and general upkeep. This role involves supervising employees, managing daily operations, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. The position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing custodial services
- Current valid driver’s license
- Valid certificate in Advanced Custodial Technician
- Experience scheduling and supervising grounds maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures
- Experience with CMMS platforms (Maximo)
- Must meet federal security clearance standards
