Job Description
Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Director of Contracts to lead the Contracts and Subcontracts function and drive strategic growth. The role involves negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts, as well as influencing enterprise-level decisions that impact revenue growth, compliance posture, and risk allocation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in DOD contracts and/or subcontracts administration
- Demonstrated experience leading Contracts and/or Subcontracts teams in a management capacity
- Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and federal subcontract flowdown requirements
