Job Description
Responsible for preparing culinary dishes in a consistent manner, ensuring high-quality food and excellent dining experience.
Requirements
- Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area.
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods.
- Close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist.
