BOA Steakhouse is hiring Sommeliers to join their team in Napa, CA. As a Sommelier, you will promote wine sales through staff and customer education, maintain inventory levels, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Passion for providing high-level hospitality to guests
• Extensive knowledge of wine
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel; Open Table, Toast and CTUIT
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule
• Steakhouse experience with wine certification preferred
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
