Sous Chef

Sous Chef position available at Creekside at Casa Mani Resort in Napa Valley, California. The Sous Chef will supervise kitchen operations and ensure all food production workers are performing their duties as prescribed by the company's standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role, knowledge of food service regulations, and strong operational skills.

Requirements

• Completion of a post-secondary culinary arts program
• Basic knowledge of computers and technology
• Food Handler Card
• Microsoft Suite proficiency
• Restaurant POS Systems proficiency
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
