Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
• Experience making traditional sushi and sushi rolls with a comprehensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Food Handler Card
• Physical ability to work standing for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
