Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Residential Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. This role involves assisting with daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment, providing compassionate care.
Requirements
- Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Monitor and document individuals’ physical and emotional well-being
- Administer medications (according to training and policy)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Prepare meals and follow individual dietary plans
- Assist with community outings and recreational activities
- Complete accurate daily electronic documentation and comply with HIPAA and IDD regulations within the Therap platform
- Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols
