Day Program-Direct Support Professionals
High school diploma or GED required. CPR/First Aid & Medical certifications are essential. Must have strong communication, teamwork, and physical ability
Residential-Direct Support Professionals (Weekend)
High school diploma required, 18+ years old, and active driver's license. CPR/First Aid certification and ability to lift/transfer people needed. Criminal background checks and drug testing are also required
Shift License Practical Nurse (LPN)
LPN license/certification required. LVN or BLS certification preferred. Hospital knowledge and MS Office proficiency needed
Case Manager
Bachelor's degree in related field (human services, medical, social services, education, or clinical services). 1+ year experience providing direct service to individuals with ID/DD. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and good communication/documentation skills
Direct Support Professional
High school diploma required, plus 2+ professional references. Must have valid driver’s license and pass background and child abuse checks
Direct Support Professional - (Youth Home)
High School Diploma or GED. 1+ experience working with youth. Good written and communication skills
Residential-Direct Support Professional (Waiver)
High school diploma/GED required. Must be 18+, fluent in English. CPR & First Aid certifications & TB/PPD test are required
Direct Support Professional- (ICF)
High school diploma/GED preferred. CPR/First Aid required. Previous experience in healthcare is a plus. No specific experience required
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Coach / Navigator
High school diploma/equivalent, 1+ year DSP experience, and a valid driver's license are required. Background check, drug screen, and a motor vehicle record review are also necessary
