Job Description
This role supports individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to gain or enhance living, social, educational, and employment skills. The position focuses on community integration and employment, with options for both current and potential retirement activities. Walk-in interviews are available.
Requirements
- Age Requirement: 18 years or older
- Education Requirement: High school diploma or Equivalent
- Submit Two Professional References
- Valid Driver’s License
- Submit a drug screening
- Submit a New Jersey Central Registry review
- Submit a (MVR) Motor Vehicle Review
- Submit a (CARI) Child Abuse Registry review
- Pass criminal background Investigation review
- Submit an Annual Physical indicating (Satisfactory)
- Tuberculosis exam (by Mantoux method) or Chest X-ray resulting (Negative) free from disease in a communicable form
- Vaccination required
- Submit CPR & First Aid (In-person training)
- Complete Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification
- Submit an IDentoGo Fingerprinting
