Job Description
This position provides support to individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them acquire/enhance basic living, social, educational, and employment skills, and enabling community integration. It involves on-site work with approximately 10 hours of training and a full-day interview session. The role focuses on workforce readiness and job preparation.
Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background checks (MVR, CARI, criminal background investigation, annual physical, Tuberculosis exam, and vaccination verification)
- CPR & First Aid certification
- CPI certification
