As a Presales Engineer - APAC, you will be the technical backbone of the sales process, working closely with Business Development Managers to understand customer needs and align them with our biometric solutions. You will travel 40-60% of the time and be in direct contact with customers from diverse industries, regions, and cultures. Your role is critical to closing the sales process and ensuring trust in our technical capabilities.
Requirements
- University degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Proven B2B experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineering
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English
- Professional fluency in Malay and/or Chinese languages is highly desirable
- Experience with biometric technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with tenders or partner-driven sales is highly valued
- Eagerness to grow into a trusted technical advisor in the biometrics space
- Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups
