As a Presales Engineer - Americas, you will act as the technical backbone of the sales process, working closely with Business Development Managers to help customers understand biometric technology and align their business needs with our solutions capabilities. This role is critical to close the sales process and will impact the company's growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- University degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Proven B2B experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineering
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English, Spanish
- Professional fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable
- Experience with biometric technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with tenders or partner-driven sales is highly valued
- Eagerness to grow into a trusted technical advisor in the biometrics space
- Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups
